App Store and Google Play

If you bought Lexorbit Pro through the App Store or Google Play, the store handled the payment, so refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s rules. Request one from your store account.

Purchases on lexorbit.app

Web purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, and appear on your statement under Paddle.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, with no reason needed. This also applies to subscription renewals. Email destek@lexorbit.app from the address you used to pay, or use the link on your Paddle receipt.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
